I’ve have been using Kayak for flight searches for about 7 years now. For a long time they were the best aggregate flight search, especially for domestic flights. Before Kayak came around, you either had to search individual airlines or sites like Orbitz and Travelocity, which charged booking fees (around $6 per booking on top of the flight

Earlier this year I found out about the Noteboard from this Techcrunch article and through it was a neat idea. The guy who came up with the idea was making these things out of paper and laminate in his bedroom. It’s a really simple low-tech device and he even posted the DIY instructions online so

Tablet Hotels has one of the best collections of luxury and hip/modern hotels around the world. They also offer a $195 per year Tablet Plus membership. Ashley and I have used their website many times to find the coolest hotels in whatever city we were traveling to. We’ve stayed at a number of the hotels
